In view of the ongoing Resolution Process against Jaypee Infratech Limited, the buyers of “Mahagun Manorialle” Group Housing Project, situated at Pocket B-9B, Sector 128, Wishtown Noida, are hereby informed and assured that:
The Resolution Process initiated pursuant to Order dated, 09.08.2017 of National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad, against Jaypee Infratech Limited, does not have any bearing, whatsoever on any aspect of the “Mahagun Manorialle” Project including its construction, functioning and/or allotment of rights etc. The said Project does not form part of the Resolution Process and the buyers are not required to file any claim regarding their rights in the aforesaid project.
It is also informed that Mahagun India Pvt Ltd. has already made a representation to the Interim Resolution Professional appointed for the Jaypee matter explaining that our project does not form part of the Resolution Process of Jaypee Infratech Ltd. and that buyers do not have to worry about the same.

We assure our customers that their project is in safe hands and completely free from the Insolvency Resolution Process.
